We want you to love your Freebird shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit shoesfreebird.com and navigate to the Returns page.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack your item securely and attach the label.
- Ship your return using the provided method.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If your desired size/style is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Final Sale Items
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
